The mats are very easy to keep clean, but some stains may be difficult to remove. Therefore, we recommend eating food (e.g. sour fruit) that could stain the skin away from the mat. Remember that using markers and colored inks on the mat may result in stains that are difficult to remove. For heavy dirt, we recommend using baking soda paste or hand soap.

Taking care of your mat means taking care of the environment. We encourage you to follow the care instructions below.

• After removing the mat from the packaging, wipe it with a damp cloth. To clean the mat, always use detergents that are gentle on the skin, such as warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid products containing natural acids, including citric acid. Baby wipes are also not the best solution because they may cause the mat to whiten or crack.
• When cleaning, use gentle movements, do not scrub.
• Remove all dirt immediately. When cleaning, don't forget to clean the floor under the mat as well.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not dry clean.
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 150 degrees.
• Do not tumble dry.
